Jim was sought out by the founding partners when they recognized the need for a strong field presence.  His extensive construction background coupled with his state registration status for building, plumbing and electrical contracting made him the ideal candidate.  Jim joined the firm in 1979 as Executive Vice President and received one third of the corporate stock.  His common sense approach to construction along with his extensive hands-on experience helped precipitate the firmís growth from $2.5 million  in 1979 to near $30 million today.
